I was so happy we were able to stay at your hotel again this year. We had an option of another hotel down the road for twice the price, but have found your hotel to be the best option. We did have to rent a suite, which we did not need, but the extra room was very nice. I will have to make a point to book well in advance for upcoming events at the Colleges.

Good clean accomodations. Close to Seneca Lake. Small rooms but good value. Met asll of our needs & expectations. Great staff on the front desk.

enjoyed our stay . close enough to the wine tasting but far enough to be near walmart and other places to eat and shop at. room was clean for the most part only thing was under the bed was dirty with chips , pretzels and head bands . but honestly you dont use under the bed for anything.
