A very special place on the water on the South Shore. Please support the businesses, they need us post Sandy!

“Lot of fun”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 21, 2013

Great place to go bar hopping or to eat on a weekend during the day or evening. Many of the bars have outdoor live bands. The place is very safe.

“Good for walking, cheesy restaurants”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2013

If it's a nice day and you're going for a walk, I recommend the "Nauseous Mile." The restaurants, in my opinion, all serve Chinese-fish-market quality.

“Fresh Alantic Sea Air and Relaxed Atomosphere”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2013

I always like driving out to the Nautical Mile whenever I am in Nassau County. The air is always great year round having a waterway from the Atlantic Ocean running along side it. Its fun for walking or just having a meal at many of the waterside restaurants. I stop by Two Cousins Fish market to bring friends some of the freshest Atlantic fish around. This little part of the south shore of Long Island is a special place and its great to see the rebuilding going on now to make the nautical mile even a better place to go.
