Hospitality and comfort, beautifully decorated, the food was excellent and the owners very great.
The location was good and the outside had a patio where a number of could meet at night with
outsite torches. There were two porches also around the house to enjoy the outdoors.

Three generations of my family spent 2 nights at this amazing Inn. The house itself was renovated to perfection, but what made the stay memorable was the excellent hospitality of Maggie and Jeff!! They made each of us feel special and welcome. I look forward to visiting again.

Maggie and Jeff went above and beyond to create a truly memorable and special wedding day for us. It was an intimate affair with just our parents (and the Mayor of Fredonia officiating). Maggie prepared a gorgeous table setting with fine linen, china, flowers, and candles in the dining room along with a separate cake table also decorated beautifully. Both Maggie and Jeff put together extra touches (votive candles on the porch for a champagne toast and a flowing centerpiece on the mantle above the fireplace where we were married). After we returned from a lovely dinner, Jeff helped us find our way to the Bombay Room with a trail of rose petals that led to the turned down bed. In the morning, we were treated like royalty to a candlelight breakfast (highly recommend the mushroom frittata and Maggie's homemade jam). An amazing stay and a wonderful start to our married life together :) Thank you Maggie and Jeff!!!!!

We just returned from a two night stay here. The service and hospitality was outstanding. The rooms are furnished beautifully with very comfortable beds, private in room bathrooms and nice amenities. Breakfast each morning was wonderful with several entrée selections to choose from. The hosts were so nice and very helpful about the area. The beautiful house is furnished with so many wonderful things to look at. It is close to downtown and the college is just up the street. Outstanding service all around! Definitely recommend this property and we will certainly return when we come to town next time.

Room Tip: The Tower room has a nice corner view of the front.

We could not have had a better experience that our two-day stay at the Inn. It has been exquisitely renovated so that every room, upstairs and down, is a delight. Our room (The Gilt Room) was cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts were beyond ample and delicious. Maggie and Jeff were perfect hosts, from the initial greeting until we departed. They go out of their way to accommodate guests and are ready with recommendations on things to do, restaurants to try, etc. Fantastic weekend!

Room Tip: All those we saw looked excellent.

The entire hose is full of intersting art and antiques. The breakfasts are absolutely wonderful and delicious. Maggie is a very accomplished Chef. You could not ask for any more gracious hosts than Jeff & Maggie. They are accomodating, helpfull, giving and are just plain fun to be around.
