My friend and I enjoyed a lot, honestly not sure whether the name is correct or not. Everything good except the traffic jam around.
Well, we booked a big room, and they have very good car rental services.

I got bit my some bug while I was lying in bed. Not sure if it was a bed bug or not, but it itches terribly. Mosquitoes everywhere:( . I wouldnt stay there again. Hallways are narrow. The towels looked gray. Even if they were clean, it made me worry about the sanitation.

Our tour agent from Boston booked this hotel for our New York trip. The Chinese receptionist both male & female were cold and rude, they are just not keen to serve the guests.....The room was tiny and without wardrobe. Bed is not comfortable either. Bathroom was very basic and not well maintain. Only the location is good but you can try your luck somewhere else which is also close by.

We ended up leaving the next day and didnt even care about getting our payment back because we prepaid for 2 nights. It was dirty (my boyfriend was a sweetheart and cleaned the bathroom before the rest of the family went in) and theres no tv channels, not that we were in the room long but to help wind down after a day of sightseeing, there was no sense of relaxation prior to bedtime. The location, however, is good, just a couple blocks is everything you need including a subway straight to Times Square. But I suggest pay extra and get somewhere where you'll actually sleep and not worry if there's bed bugs. I am not "high maintenance" all i wanted was a clean room.

Never had such a bad experience with a restaurant before. They change you pre-ordered dishes without contacting you first, charge you the same price and when you ask them why they get nasty with you. The place looks high class but the food and the customer service are very low class.

the review before mine is super exaggeration , that person should stay in florida where they dont understand multi dwellings that are not pastel colored , i stayed here for business with my girlfriend all the smoking rooms where booked so i had a non smoking room , so i had to go to the front of the hotel numerous times even during the nioght , i am not new to the area but this was the first time i stayed at a hotel in the area, the room was clean ac was cold room was on the small side however the staff was not overly friendly but will talk to you , i was downstairs at different times during the night sionce i have trouble sleeping in new places but my girlfriend found it ok , i saw families comee in at different times at night , as for the "prostitutes" maybe in florida since nothing goes on after 2 am , this is the city that dosent sleep , i saw commuters waiting for the bus across the street , i walked to the corner and checked out the ghetto fried chicken store but i wasnt feeling it so took a small walk to the 24 hr BK yes there are teens from the all night internet cafes in the area , yes parking does suck in the area however , no most people werent walking around in fear for there lives , neither was i , not even on the next block which happens to be a church , anyway what i didnt like about the hotel is the 2 vendin machines one is soda and one is coffee, but not a big deal dominos delivers there on weekdays till midnight and till 2 on weekends not to metnion the usual offerings on 24 hr dunkin donuts, bk, and MCd's there are also 24 hr. chinese restaurants that are open and get meals for $5 the only problem is you have to order in chinese but the staff can help you , they helped me order once wifi may be poor but they have an internet terminal only one tho and if its busy you can go a couple of doors down to the internet cafe there which is open 24/7

My elderly parents, my fiancee and I made a reservation here thinking we would be able to rest in a secure, safe and clean hotel while we stay in NYC. The location seemed to be great. This place has a parking in a back alley on a run down block. I had to walk around the block at night in fear for my life 3 times until I finally found the right place to park. The place was filthy. The bed was as hard as a rock and the sheets were not even clean. Mildew all over the bathroom. Prostitutes comming in and out the hotel and standing on the block across from it. As soon as we checked in and I finally parked my vehicle in the right spot we all went down to the lobby and checked out. The night person was looking at porn as I aproached the counter and quickly closed the window. For a moment I thought he was looking into one of the rooms with a hidden camera to be honest. He refunded our money back and we left as soon as we could. The manager then tried to charge us again for the one night we didn't stay but since she has no signature authorizing the transaction our bank will back charge her and her scum infested place.......
