“SPOOKTACULAR EVENTS!”
Reviewed February 3, 2013

TOOK MY SON FOR HALLOWEEN ADVENTURE... but it has been a long time favorite spot of him and his friends since he was 2 years old. A treasure trove of manipulatives and hands on activities for kids of all ages... complete with a cafeteria and gift shop and outdoor science and sprinkler park to cook down in the summer at a little extra fee.

“Science is Fun”
Reviewed January 25, 2013

The exhibits were set up very logically by areas on each floor. Although it was crowded, it didn't seem to inhibit the visit. There is a nice variety of attractions to see. We like the hands on!

“Museum great for young children”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

The museum is best for young children, up to age 10. Interesting hands on activities. Would not recommend museum for teens.

“Free admission on Friday afternoon”
Reviewed January 3, 2013

It was expensive - to park - and to see one of the 3d movies. Not worth spending additional $ for admission.

“Great Learning Center”
Reviewed November 20, 2012 via mobile

My 3 year daughter had a great time at the NY hall of science. Great exhibits, pre school area, 3d movie and stimulator ride. The exhibits are hands on and my daughter learned a lot. She got on the surfboard, wheelchair racing exhibit , race car racing exhibit, ball throwing area and tennis game. Too much too post. They also have a 9 hole miniature golf area and a playground. We will visit again.
