I had to bail out of a squalid, noisy motel and stumbled into this property just before midnight with nary a reservation or so much as a call. The desk guy was more than sympathetic, processed my registration with efficiency, and got me up to a wonderfully clean and comfy room.

Thank heaven for Hampton Inns. I'll look for them in the future. Worth the money.

First time visit, only for one night. Ease in registering, room very nice. I like what Hampton has been doing to pick up its image. The small things make a difference. Room standard with microwave and refrigerator, beds comfortable.

We always stay at a Hampton Inn when we travel for two reasons; The cleanliness of a Hampton and the comfortable bed. This Hampton Inn was very clean and we loved the 32 inch flatscreen TV, the fridge and microwave. However the bed was not as comfortable as other Hampton's we have stayed in. We also were disappointed when we asked the front desk clerk directions to the Beacon NY Metro North Station and he had no clue. After five minutes of looking through manuals we told him to forget it and that we would figure it out. The breakfest was great and the young lady that took care of it was very kind. This Hampton is in a very scenic area of the Hudson Valley.

My boyfriend and I travel a lot. We found this hotel to be very clean and comfy! The room was just the right size, the bathroom was clean, we slept very well in our bed, and enjoyed a breakfast buffet! (The buffet is a great combo of enough items to get your day started.) It has a nice pool, too!!! Barbara, the young woman at the front desk, was terrific! We can only wish that every place we stay at has such a bubbly, friendly, helpful person to greet us! Although we only live a few hours away, we still needed some direction. Barbara suggested great places to eat at and Woodbury Commons to shop at (great deals). We will stay here again!!

She cancelled our "right"reservation, gave us head's up on restaurants to deliver to our room and their managers' reception and delivered cookies to our room- she is a trainee but really knows how to make two tired travellers feel welcome.
We would highly recommend your clean friendly hotel. The manager also printed maps and local attractions for us-

The front desk staff were average. Not very friendly, but not rude. The woman caring for the breakfast in the morning was more friendly. The room was a comfortable size and the bathroom was elegant. There were not a lot of options for dining immediately around the hotel and the book/guide in the room didn't help. What really startled my wife was the large spider that crawled up beside her on the bed while she was relaxing. Impressive that a spider that size made it up to the top floor. Overall the experience was fine.
