The appetizers at the restaurant were very good. Shrimp appetizer was great, and crab cakes were good too. My salmon was slightly undercooked although they assured me it would be cooked through. The wait staff were very attentive and cheery. We were late for our reservation and they were not put off by the fact that we were late. All in all the food was very good for a chain restaurant.

You should complain if you care, And Upstate NY deserves better.

First of all, the place was packed...Ordered the Chile Bass, very fishy served on dried out rice. We thought perhaps stale, and were surprised for a Friday night. My wife had scallops and shrimp, scallops were fishy and the shrimp was not done. Gross.

Hard to understand how this place can have a crowd, unless you consider the large bar area.

We love trying creme brûlée at different places and the waiter insisted they had a great one served properly (warm top, cold beneath). What we got was the typical cold mass produced version with a large dollop of whip with a couple of blue berries. Very disappointing.

We arrived at 6PM on a Saturday night for a 6:15 reservation. We were given a beeper and were seated in a comfortable, roomy booth by 6:15. Yes, it was crowded, and people were waiting, but they do take reservations and we were glad we had made them. We had a fantastic waitress Valerie who was very attentive and hardworking. The Bang Bang Shrimp is terrific, as was the rest of our meal. We were dining out for my husband's birthday (actually a month before), but when Valerie found out it was a celebration of his birthday she brought out a candle-lit dessert for him. Nice touch...thank you Valerie!! If you are planning to enjoy dinner at this great restaurant (and we suggest that you do...) make a reservation to limit the wait time as it is generally a busy place.

We love your sunday brunch. Keep it up! My wife especially loves the "overflowing never-ending bubbles." The service seems to be a bit more lax on a sunday (fewer managers?) But we always have a good time here.
