My husband and I bought a Livingsocial voucher to celebrate a milestone this year. With 2 young kids, we had a hard time getting away (~40 minutes away) for a 4-course meal. The restaurant kindly honored our voucher even a few days after it had officially expired--and the meal we had was excellent. The gyoza were delicious. The lemongrass coconut soup makes me wish for its recipe--even now, more than a week after the fact. The sushi we shared was wonderfully fresh and texturally balanced. The desserts? My husband was very pleased with his hazelnut flan...until he tasted my fabulous apple fritter. It was light, crisped, delicately flavored, and perfect--though large enough for two, in my opinion.
We will return, despite the distance, regardless of whether we can find similar discounts in the future. This was one of the tastiest meals we've had out in years, and the service was almost equally pleasing: professional yet friendly.
