Took my cousin here for her first time in NY and we absolutely loved it. The cheese and chocolate are amazing. Entree was very good as well but if you can't do it all... the chocolate is way worth it. Just make sure you plan ahead and make a reservation.

We love this restaurant for special occasions. It's very relaxed - you really have time to enjoy your meal - the waiters never rush you. The menu is a bit complicated but the waiters explain it perfectly. The 4 course is amazing, but just the appetizer/dessert are great too. The appetizer cheese fondue (classic) is absolutely amazing. It comes with all sorts of dippers - bread -apples-carrots- veggies - you will love it. Entrees are tasty but not a necessity if you are not a big eater. Go right from the cheese fondue appetizer to the dessert. The classic chocolate or the s'mores are fantastic. Again, tons of dippers - cheesecake, rice krispy treats, brownies etc..... It's very different and very tasty. Ambience is lovely too.

Went here during restaurant week, so it was affordable. Started with a pitcher of Sangria and had the California salad, which was delicious. You cooked your own food at the table, which was fun. The chocolate fondue for dessert was out of the world. I can't wait to go back.

Went with my boyfriend for my birthday during LI Restaurant Week. Loved the cheese fondue (AlpenDell - it was a special) and the chocolate fondue (Dark choc w/Baileys) Great dippers, and endless too! Our waiter was creepy and kept calling me "My love" and my boyfriend "Bud". Was definitely trying too hard. Had their signature Love Martini, which tasted like shampoo! And I normally like sweet drinks! Definitely will not have again. Especially cause the waiter had to keep making excuses about what was taking the bar tender so long... weird. The house salad was a joke. Poor quality iceberg lettuce with french dressing w/shredded cheese - blech! Better quality at Wendy's. The dipping sauces were surprisingly un-flavorful, or similar in taste to McDonalds Sweet & Sour Sauce... Had filet mignon, shrimp, tortellini and the pork, the latter of which was the best. Nicely seasoned and tender. Overall, the entree was a disappointment. Boring, muted flavors. Would definitely go again for the cheese and chocolate fondues ONLY!

We went for a birthday celebration and coincidently it was restaurant week. That gave it more value. You can easily spend $50 a person before tip. The cheese and dessert courses were great. The main course was above average and can get frustrating if food drops in the hot oil. Lauren, the server was great and a visit from the manager checking is always a nice touch. Recommended if you want something novel. Make sure you leave room for delicious dessert fondue!
