Ate here for the first time on Frid. 10/13/12 , a table of 3. I had a wilted spinach salad, which I found was way too salty, and with an unpleasant artificial smokey flavor which must have been because artificial bacon bits were generously used plus the spinach was overcooked and in a lot of broth, more like a sauteed spinach dish then a wilted salad.
Another person had a bowl of lobster bisque and fettuccini carbonara. He said the lobster bisque had no flavor and the fettuccini carbonara had an unpleasant smokey flavor , again must have been because artificial bacon bits had been used, so much so that both of us complained of unsettled stomachs that night.
None of us had ever eaten at this restaurant before and when paying our bill questioned the waitress as to whether or not bread was usually served before the start of the meal and she acknowledged that it was and apologized that we had not got gotten any bread before the meal.
