Only there for a day for labor day weekend. Aerial park was completely booked, but it looked really shabby. Management was rude, we waisted 3.5 hours traveling out there. They gave us a refund but we had fo buy tickets to the roller coaster. It was fun but not worth the gas. I complained to upper management and received no vouchers, just excuses... In this case we, 2 of us, should have gotten vouchers to go out to the aerial park again. I do not recommend the park to anyone, it ruined our entire weekend and they did not care. Holiday valley is only looking to please people with deep pockets. The whole resort was overprised. I hope they become moren customer oriented before its too late. The experiencen, again was a total nightmare and they did not do anything to make it better. Refund was not enough. Sorry.
