We chose this because we were arriving in town on Valentines Day and- gasp- they take reservations! I was nervous when we drove up- it is an antique store and restaurant. Probably well over 100 years old. The menu was outstanding! so hard to choose- crab legs and filet, hawaiian scallops, and blackend strip steak made their way to our table. YUM!!!! Homemade salad dressings- house salad small, nice- spinach salad with cranberries gorgonzola etc- divine but toooooo much. Warm crusty sourdough loaf started us off nicely. We finished our meal with their version of banans foster( non traditional)- order 3- or 4 spoons- too good! We were too tired to enjoy wine, but the wine list was appropriate, and we will indulge next time. The number of locals here testifies to this delightful surprise. We will be back.

We had a large party there with some friends. Service was good. The food was average for most. The salmon teriyaki was not a good choice for this restaurant. I don't know what I was thinking. Should have stuck with spaghetti and pizza and that kind of stuff. It looked good on everyone else's plate. The antipasta appetizer was plentiful.

Very rustic.

We may have gone on a bad night. We know that it was a slow night and part of the restaurant is an antique store. Our food was OK. Cassie the waitress did an excellent job.

Great honey fried chicken....complete with baked potato and a great salad with gorgonzola and ranch dressing, all at a reasonable price. This is a cute place right outside of Ellicottville and the food was great. I look forward to returning for dinner again.
