6 of us had dinner here. Great atmosphere and attentive stuff. Lovely food. Portions are far too big. The steaks are huge, but tasted amazing. We're English so we are used to a lot smaller. The downside is the acoustics. It's really loud and its hard to hear the conversation. It is really expensive but I guess we expected it to be. All the decent restaurants here are very pricey. Glad we went.

Porterhouse special, lobster, great signature salad and sides- done perfectly in an old school steakhouse setting...and 1/2 price g & t's at the bar mid week.

We've eaten at the Palm in Manhattan on several occasions, so while celebrating our anniversery on the East End of Long Island, we chose the Palm for dinner.

Though it's standard for the Palm in East Hampton not to take reservations for parties of only two durring their busy summer months, Andrew, the manager made an exception for us. We are extremely appreciative.

We were shown to a perfect table in a garden like room at the front of the buliding. It was much quieter there than in the main room and it gave us an open and expansive view.

Our waiter made several excellent suggestions as toward a wine selection and even borought us samples. For dinner we shared the GiGi Salad with avacado and shrimp and then moved on to an order of the 18 ounce New York Strip Steak and the 14 ounce filet mignon. As a side, we ordered the creamed spinich. A better combination we could not have made. Our waiter, having been told this was a celebratory dinner, waited for me to acknowledge when we were ready for the next course.

Even though the Palm offered many excelent deserts, we opted for a drive to Southampton for gelato at St. Abrose.

Looking for a great dinner, follow in our footsteps.

My girlfriend and I went on a Weds nite and had a delicious dinner. Started with the salad with shrimp and i forgot what she had but she loved it. She had lamb, i had steak, we shared mushrooms and brussel sprouts. Neither of us liked the brussel sprouts, they were too hard, but everything else was great. Lots of food, good service, worth it.

Went there mid week for the lobster special and I was not impressed. Restaurant was quiet and the lobster was small and there was a lot of black stuff in it. I guess part of the body that was not edible, not sure why they didn't clean it out.

The restaurant is in an old house and is charming, but the lobster could have been better for sure. It seemed quiet small as well.

I really don't think my meal was good and not sure I recommend this restaurant.
