“Just awful”

This was probably the worst fancy restaurant I have ever been to. The food was pricey and really bad. My husband's appetizer was a soup that was worse than what you would get in a can of Campbell's. My appetizer was a twenty dollar shrimp dish that consisted of four bland shrimp that I had to peel myself. Beyond the food being terrible, the atmosphere was factory like and our waiter was a total doof. This place is not worth anyone's time or money.

“This one wins”

There have been at least a half dozen restaurants in this location in the last 15 or so years, and some of them were pretty good. The view is over a yacht basin and three mile harbor and it almost revolting scenic (we had a table at the edge and we had 10 or so photographers leaning ov er behind and across us to take pictures of the sunset which was off to our right. Great drinks! Acid test is dry martini, and The Lovely strongly approved of hers. Mine disappeared in a trice. The fish we both ate had a mystery name, white fleshed soft and moist with a very lovely taste the way they prepared it...whole of course. and the octopus salad was the best i've ever had. The nicest drizzly grey miserable day i've had in a while, thanks to this dinner. The waiter really knew his stuff.

“My favorite place in the Hamptons!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2013

And I am not kidding! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Andrra. Not only for its breathtaking views of 3 mile harbor, but for its superb menu and friendly staff! Spent the day yesterday sipping a few glasses of wine with a plate full of fried calamari, while Gypsy Kings played in the backround! Perfect day! D-lish! Over the years Andrra has had a few differnt owners, I wish them lots of success and hope they will be around for years to come!

“Ah . . . Welcome Andrra!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

This yet fully discovered waterside restaurant has had many owners, but none with the tender touch of ambiance as Andrra. Luncheon of both "Stars of the Sea" and the seafood chowder/brodetta met every wish in taste and presentation. The waiter's were attentive with the few guests, but I feel their attention would remain more than adequate with the room fully seated. The simple outdoor facade rises up stairs to a surprising yacht-like diningroom, a long inviting bar and a right couch-comfy area for special cocktail chats. The luncheon menu is mainly seafood with nods to a beef burger and chicken entree. Dinner has more options . . . not to mention sumptious desserts. Our experience left us looking at our calendars for an evening return.

“Gone Downhill!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 4, 2013

I loved this place the first time I went- excellent service and food. However when I returned last week it was completely changed. We had a 7:00 reservation and weren't seated until 7:30. The hostess was incredibly rude when we asked how long it would be. The food came out bland and tasteless, some of it cold. Location still was beautiful but very dissapointed with the rest.
