Our server was not friendly and had an attitude. He made our experience poor and we would not go back based on this. It was clear that the other workers did not get along with him.
The table next to us asked for bread. He told them that they ran out of bread. What Italian restaurant runs out of bread?!

This restaurant has energy and enthusiasm, but the kitchen is average. Ideal for pizza for families.

I would reccomend the pizza and salads from Sarafina. I would stay away from the steak. If you want steak or burgers head to East Hampton Grill or The Palm. The pasta is consistenly good but not over the top. The service is hit or miss but generally ok. Don't be tempted by other items on the menu. This is a pizza place and stick to pizza and salad.

We went to dinner on a Saturday night around 7:30, I was very surprised to see so many tables with young children. When you're spending a decent amount of money for dinner, the average person expect to be able to enjoy their meal without a bunch of screaming children ruining their meal.
I wont be returning to this place.

We live in EH and have eaten at Serafina many times, it's fine in a pinch but fairly mediocre compared to other dining options around. The one thing that prompted me to write about this is a seriously alarming episode with their manager Roberto. He followed us after an insane road rage episode after we failed to turn right within 2 seconds at a stop sign in the village and then pulled up, got out of his car and screamed every type of obscenity at us while he walked (in traffic) to Serafina, then unlocked the door. Yes this was 11 in the morning. We used to be patrons but I've never seen a crazier episode of rage - and theres plenty of it in the hamptons in August. Reports are this isn't the first time. If this the top management, how will he treat the staff, and you after you leave?
