I had the worst experience ever this this hotel. Reception staff was a nightmare, rude, arrogant and of no help at all. They did not had my reservation.
I had one night reservation of 07/07/2013. She said it is not there in their system and she cant do anything and started saying bad words.
I had earlier stayed in the hotel on 7/4 and 7/5, still they could not find my reservation.
On top of that when I called their customer care of she also was arrogant and said if you book from third party then we are not responsible.
Why ? If you are taking my money from a third party why are you not responsible.
I had to book the hotel again for $200+ as had no choice, it was 10 pm and I was with my wife and 5 months old son.
Later after 2 hours the receptionist found that I have a reservation, but she did not refund anything and said its already booked again. Get your refund tomorrow morning at 10 AM,
How could I, my flight back was at 8:35 AM. :(
Coffee machine does not work in room, no heated water. No retaurant, you have to order from outside. If you reach there late in the night be prepared to sleep empty stomach.
If anyone knows how to take legal action against them please let me know. (email@example.com)
Worst hotel I stayed ever. They screwed my weekend trip and I had to pay over $350 to stay one night :( , had no choice
Avoid avoid avoid it, please, especially if you are with family.
