lovely, modern, clean, quiet room (especially with highway below and runways across the street on one side of the hotel). Other side of hotel faces nice residential area. excellent, casual restaurant in lobby, with 24/7 snack bar, lobby bar. excellent staff, friendly, helpful.

Room Tip: comfy beds, liked having refrigerator.

Not only is this a great Hotel, it's super clean, great price, great shuttle services and fantastic location for business at LaGuardia airport! I must do a special call out to the following: Andrea & Genesis at the front desk are two fantastic agents! They are responsive, attentive, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed! Bartender/Server Emma: Attentive, personable and also goes out of her way to treat you like family. Server/Bartender Max, same goes... Awesome and professional! I also have to give a shoutout to front desk agent Raul for being great like Andrea and Genesis and Shuttle driver Dimitri! All in All, it's a great team of professionals and a fantastic value for all that you get while staying at Aloft!

Room Tip: Great Views, Great proximity to LGA and a clean and comfortable stay!

Well my wife and sister did the travel plans so I was a little weary...But this was a good hotel. The personnel are very friendly and informative. It's a airport hotel so I convenience to LGA was important. The down parts are is not near anything else in walking distance...give a tip to anyone reading this...go next door to its sister hotel Ibis...good bar and they have a great city tour that picks you up from that hotel. Not sure why the tour is not at Aloft but happy we stumbled across it. In all we would stay here again

Not luxurious by any means but was fine for a late overnight layover. Service was good and rooms fine. My only gripe is the hotel didn't seem all that clean -- bar not tidied up, a bit of litter in the hallways. With a spare, minimal contemporary design with brigh lighting, things like litter on the floor show up.

I was astonished when we arrived very late at night at the hotel and, during check-in, we were informed that there was no room available (we had booked it through SPG App, received confirmation email and performed mobile check-in) and we had to wait about one hour to have a room cleaned for us. And, when we finally checked in, and got in the room, it was not smelling well. Although the receptionist was very nice and sincere, it is unacceptable to have this kind of issue in a category of hotel managed by SPG.

thank you for taking the time to write this review expressing your concerns. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. We have made some changes regarding procedures to help ensure that no other guest has to go through what you went through that night.

All of our departments have gone through a re-training to make sure that the same errors are not made again and that there will be sufficient clean rooms for our arriving guests, no matter how late.

We do hope you give us another try and come visit us the next time you are in the LGA airport area.
