“Good Traditional Dining in the Hilltowns”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

We went to the Maple Inn with a party of 17 on a Saturday night. We had reservations and the dining room was all set up for us. The service was prompt and the entrees were very good. The salad bar was average. I had the shrimp scampi which was very good with just the right amount of garlic (not overboard) and plenty of shrimp. My husband had the prime rib which was great and is their signature dish. Very casual atmosphere with good, solid traditional food.

“What did you expect?”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 6, 2013 via mobile

Nice young lady served mediocre food. Hot roast beef sandwich had a ghastly gravy. I used to like the hot turkey meal but that was no longer on the menu. The turkey gravy was at least edible.

“Yum! And fun!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 23, 2012

Stopped in for a drink and a snack on our way home from the Catskills. Had Bloody Marys (delicious! spicy!) and nachos (tasty!). Kind of off the beaten path, but that just adds to the charm. The only bad part was that there was a local woman in the bar area where we sat who was swearing up a storm the entire time we were there. I'm no prude, but hearing f-bombs while you're just trying to enjoy a snack and a couple of drinks is annoying. And nothing was done about it for the hour or so we were there.
