Small, bar and grill where mostly locals come. They have what has been rated the best hamburgers in the Buffalo area for 3 straight years. They lived up to that rating with their 12 oz., 90% beef burgers. The onion rings and chicken wings were good but pretty routine. This is not a particularly kid friendly place (i.e. no high chairs) and make sure to bring cash as they do not accept credit cards. Fortunately they had an ATM machine or I would have been washing dishes for a week! If you are traveling, you may want to come early to avoid the crowd.

This is our 2nd visit to Grover's. Our 1st was about 2 1/2 years ago. Nothing much has changed. The parking lot is small and full and the decor and layout is exactly the same. We ordered the same thing as last time, minus the cheeseburger soup, to minimize the calories and to prevent falling asleep on the remaining drive back home from a full stomach!

The burger seemed smaller, but I believe it's just me. I don't remember what I had last time, but this time it was the Black and Blue burger, without the Black (blackened seasoning). Wife had her Wings and it is comparable to the Anchor Bar and this particular batch was a bit on the salty side, which was fine.

Our server was probably the best one there. Very cheerful, fast and efficient and very helpful. We were seated right in the middle which can feel a bit awkward at times but no big deal at the end. It made me shy with taking a pic of my burger, so none to share with this review. It was worth the wait for our 2nd visit. We always make a point to try new things and new places, but there's nothing wrong with going with what you know at times.

First trip to Grover's after seeing it on 3 D's. It was about 3 in the afternoon so not too busy but the place was full of locals. We shared a dozen wings - you must specify the type of wings you want - choices not given on menu, the cheeseburger soup and the house hamburger. The soup was fabulous and the hamburger massive and when they say medium rare they mean rare and we are from the midwest so we know from rare to well done - it was delicious but a little too rare for my daughter. I would recommend ordering it med. It was easy to find from our trip to Niagra Falls maybe 20 minutes in a heavy down pour. No debit or credit cards so have cash our bill with colas was around $23.

There is a line outside for a reason! This place is great. The food is delicious and affordable. They have the biggest, most scrumptious burgers.

We started going to Grover's for their fabulous Fish Fries, which include pieces of fish that are beer battered and the size of whales. The meal comes with French fries, coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, and a dinner roll. They are famous for their Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers, which are HUGE! Another favorite is their Cheeseburger soup. And of course they serve chicken wings. They also have huge salads.
Grover's is considered a bar and grill, but the crowd is not rowdy; and many families go there for the delicious food. If you plan to go on Friday, be prepared to wait for a while, since it is a small restaurant.
