My wife and I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic. We stayed in the suite which was beautifully kept. The king size bed with down comforter and the shower with jets and rain head are the things we enjoyed most.

Look it's pretty obvious this place is great. There isn't a single poor review of this b&b and there is a reason for that. Lisa (who makes a money breakfast and is a sweetheart, made us feel at home. We only met Anthony briefly but he was very nice.

The vineyard (just up the road from the b&b) is nice, cozy and inviting. Great wines and good service.

If you don't enjoy it here, I don't know what kind of expectations you have. It's great. We're definitely coming back.

Room Tip: For an extra few bucks the view from the suite is worth it

After a long and crazy week of work it was good to getaway for the weekend (Aug 24, 25) and recharge. We had a nice, quiet and relaxing weekend at this lovely b&b. The view from the balcony was great. Thanks Lisa & Anthony for the great breakfast, wine tour/education and wine tasting. Thanks for recommending ALure for dinner. We had a great outdoor dinner there with live music and beautiful view of the boats.

W are so lucky to have found this beautiful B&B. Lisa and Anthony have such a wonderful home and are very welcoming. Each morning Lisa prepared the most delicious breakfast. The Tuscan Villa was amazing, very private, and serene. We loved waking up with the view of the winery surrounding us. The Sannino Bella Vita tasting room is a must visit. It's an awesome place to sit back and enjoy a fabulous glass of wine with a scrumptious cheese platter! Every part of our stay was memorable, and we plan to make this our special getaway place!!!

The Tuscan Villa is a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The view of the vineyard from the Villa was very relaxing and peaceful (we could have been in Napa Valley). Anthony and Lisa are very warm, beautiful people. It takes very special people to open up their home to strangers and treat them like family. Lisa prepared an unbelievable breakfast each day; every morning a different selection of absolutely delicious delights. We were also lucky enough to "play" Winemaker-for-a-Day at the winery. Anthony treated us to his knowledge, while making the tasting journey so enjoyable. Complementing an amazing two days was the quality and taste of very delicious wines. This place should not be missed! :-)

Room Tip: Villa has easy access and more privacy with large patio and view.

I am not even sure where to start because everything about this B&B is fantastic. Both Anthony and Lisa were so warm and welcoming that we actually did feel like guests in their home. The Tuscan Villa was absolutely wonderful and very private. The breakfast is as good if not better than all of the reviews written have mentioned. The atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet that this was one of the most relaxing trips we have been on in a long time. We also really enjoyed the wine tasting at the tasting room and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would recommend this trip to anyone and are looking forward to making a return trip. We had a wonderful weekend away and thank Anthony and Lisa for their hospitality.

We stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary and it was amazing. The villa is beautiful and Anthony and Lisa have a wonderful house and yard. It was extremely peaceful and comfortable. Lisa makes an unbelievable breakfast and they make you feel like you are special. We also went to their vineyard and went on the wine tour with Anthony (don't worry Anthony we will rate on the tour too, so you can win the contest). When we first arrived there, Lisa gave us a tasting of almost every wine and explained them to us. Then she gave us a cheese platter and offered numerous suggestions of things to do in the area. The sangria is amazing, be sure to get some. Anthony then took us on his tour and it was very informative and fun. He is very knowledgable and funny throughout the entire tour. This was our first wine tour and I doubt the other places have tours as personal as this. We will not try to find out either. Next time we have a free weekend or night and can escape, we will be back at this winery and bed and breakfast. Highly recommend this to everyone.

And Sannino's really is New York Tuscan countryside....Lisa's breakfasts, every inch of which...and there are always many inches..are purely and wonderfully from her own kitchen. Look at the Vineyard from your room. This is a wonderful getaway, with extraordinary hosts....including Maggie, the Bernese. Add JoAnn's Vintage winery tours and a massage and you have died and gone to....pure vacation
