The hike up and the views from Anthony's Nose never get old. In the past I took the Metro North to Peekskill ubered from there to the Appalachian trail entrance in Cortlandt Manor. However, now I get off @ the Manitou station which is a nice walk.

Went with couple of friends to Anthony’s Nose bike. It has well marked trail markers to keep you on the correct path. During the winter is will have snow, and will be bit wet and muddy, but it’s still very nice. It took us about an hour from the parking lot to the top. The view on the top is really nice.

Pack a lunch and stay s while and enjoy the view! Depending on where you star you could bring small children, around 4 or 5.

I have hiked this several times. My legs always get a great workout. Parking is very limited and it gets crowded so start early. Half the walk is a dirt roadway. The view is amazing. Take your time and anyone can do it
