Description: We've kicked up authentic Mexican food a notch and combined old and new traditions to create dishes such as our Seafood Pineaple, Stuffed Chicken with Mexican ingredients, and Seafood Enchiladas. Not forgetting the classic Quesadillas and Fajitas.

Sat down at the bar around 3 pm for a quick bite to eat and some drinks. We were too early for happy hour during the week which starts at 4 so drinks and apps were full price. The food was tasty but the quantity was poor and the service was sporadic. When the shift changed the service at the bar became worse. The bartender was no where to be seen and once we put our order in, it came out incorrect. I would love to love this place but everytime I come here I get disappointed.

On the recommendation of a friend we checked this place out over Labor Day weekend. It wasn't too busy so service was very friendly and prompt. In addition to their regular menu they had some specials available. We tried the Costillitas (ribs) and one of the specials (chicken something...). The ribs were tasty- not spicy at all. The cumin fries were quite tasty though the corn was a bit mushy and overdone/burnt. The chicken was accompanied by beans, rice and tortillas. Decent yet a bit bland, could have used something more- not just heat but more flavor.

Apparently they do quite a business with their guacamole made fresh table-side but we opted out of it. Margaritas were o.k.- on the sweet side though not overly so. (We prefer them a bit drier.)

We live near by and enjoy going there. Buy one get one happy hour with $5 apps, and live music on the weekends makes for a fun atmosphere. Always a good meal at a reasonable price..

Service was sub par, waitstaff too busy talking to each other to attend to us even though there were probably no more than ten people in the dining room. Food was tasteless or overly salted and all arrived barely warm. Owner tried to placate us with empty offer to refund or offer an other meal but never responded back after three attempts. If owner doesn't care about his customers - far better places to dine - steer clear of this one
