This was our first visit to this establishment. Upon entering we sat at the bar. The bar tender had no one else at the bar, yet it took him 5 minutes to come over and ask if we wanted a drink. My wife asked for coffee, and he just laughed quite rudely and said coffee was not even on yet! OK then a Perrier water please - no ice...he came back with warm Perrier and proceeded to fill the glass with ice which defeats the rational of having French mineral water! He had not ensured the stock was in the cooler so she had warm water! The place appears to have way too much bar space and a smaller seating area, we were then seated at our table. The food and server were pretty good and I found the selection of appertizers I had to be fresh and different, although very much on the expensive side. We ordered a bottle of wine and sat for 10- 15 minutes waiting for it to be served. We then ate and I was asked if I wanted an after dinner drink. So I ordered a very old port at $25/Glass. However after 15 minutes it still had not arrived so we cancelled and left. So the only major problem I see is the bar tender, rude, slow and to be honest dressed like someone who just walked in off the street, not a good first impression at all and could even be a cause for folks not to return. Otherwise food is good and service was very good although with a lot of open areas and empty bar space a little lacking in atmosphere..
