The decor was nice and contemporary chic with lots of beautiful art hanging above tables and booths illuminated gently by pretty little lamps on the tables. We ordered drinks - I had a caramel espresso (Caramel baileys, Kabula made with shot of Decaf espresso!)
Hubby enjoyed an Ithaca Caskzilla, they were both excellent.
With dinner hubby had Los Dos 2012 - Syrah/granach from Spain,
delicious - great legs, viscous mouth feel with a hint of citrus and smooth, fruit forward taste.
I ordered a Strawberry fizz, made with St. Germain, strawberry vodka, and champagne. It was light and heavenly!
My better half ordered the Smoked trout salad -arugula, horseradish dressing for his appetizer. It was perfect. Just the right amount of smokiness, and fresh arugula greens.
For dinner he ordered the Honey- roasted Pecan crusted pork tenderloin, with roasted garlic rosemary sauce, asparagus, mashed potatoes= heavenly - tender, juicy, juculent( succulent & juicy)
I ordered the Ribeye steak med-well with sautéed crimini mushrooms, asparagus, mashed potatoes = perfection - grill flavor, perfect temperature and amazing tenderness! Fresh sage pan sauce was savory and delicious!
Service - very good, pleasant, attentive and didn't miss a beat.
Dessert was just the right amount of berry sorbet creamy, smooth, raspberry sauce covered, 2 generous scoops presented with fresh mint leaves and a tiny dollop of whipped cream. Truly wonderful!!
We will return when visiting the area again.
