The inn is great. People were nice, room was exceptionally clean. There is no TV in your room. You must view TV in the living room downstairs.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review of the inn. Two of our guest accommodations do have televisions. Our Premium Suite has a flat panel television in the sitting room area. Our Luxury Suite, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has three flat panel televisions. One is in the living room area and one in each bedroom. In addition, our sitting room, which is available to all guests, has a large, flat panel television.

The Inn at Cooperstown welcomes families with children of all ages. In addition to our suites, we have adjoining rooms that are perfect for families. Just this past week had many families enjoy a stay at the inn for spring break. They spent their time visiting the National Baseball Hall of Fame, the Farmers' Museum, the Fenimore Art Museum, and the Fly Creek Cider Mill, just to name a few of the many attractions in the area. In addition, there were games of catch played on our front lawn and board games played in our dining rooms and sitting rooms. We're happy to help with suggestions for family activities for our guests.

Stayed here on a whim after a day trip turned to an overnight trip. A little pricey for beginning of April but cannot beat the location and charm. Very, very clean and well kept, nice selection at breakfast (although it was a little weird because you had to ask the innkeeper for water and oj - thought they would have cold drink selection as they had all the other items buffet style) and friendly staff. You could do a lot worse!

Thanks so much for such a nice review of the inn. We truly appreciate all of your comments. In regards to our breakfast service, our morning staff does offer and serve juice, three kinds to choose from, to each guest. The staff also serves warm, homemade muffins. With limited buffet space, it made most sense to serve the juice and reduce the chance of spills.

If you're going to the Baseball Hall of Fame, this is the place to stay. It's right in the middle of the village a few blocks from the Hall, and easy to find. Even though the Inn is an old building, it has been renovated with great care. The Living Room is big and spacious, with very comfortable furniture, a flat screen TV, a game table with plenty of games to pick from, a fireplace, and a refreshment center. Our sleeping room was on the second floor facing the street. It was very clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, the bathroom spotless with modern fixtures, and the furniture and draperies in the room were beautiful. Breakfast, which is included in the price of the room, was delicious with lots to pick from. Overall service in the Inn is amazing. Everyone was attentive and friendly. My only negative comment is the heating system is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected with a steam radiator system. The pipes were a little noisy when the heat came up and disturbed my sleep a little, but it didn't disturb my partner at all. Obviously noisey heat pipes won't be a problem if you're visiting in the summer. Because we stayed at the Inn off-season mid-week, it was very quiet while we were in our room, As more guests started to arrive as it got closer to the weekend, the "people noise" increased (showers running, toilets flushing, and the hum of people talking in adjacent rooms and in the halls). But even with those 2 negative comments, overall, a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend The Inn at Cooperstown.

We lived at The Inn at Cooperstown for five nights last week. All the employees were wonderful, everyone was helpful and all acted as if they really enjoyed working at the Inn! The owner, Mark, was helpful and engaging. My daughter and I had booked the deluxe suite, this was the nicest place we have ever stayed at! We had a fireplace, flat screen Samsung tv's, lots of room and comfort. The rooms are very well appointed, the bathrooms large and modern.
We spent four days at the Hall of Fame and toured Albany for a day. It snowed almost every day, we are from California so this is not normal weather for us, but the village was wonder and beautiful to walk around. Lots of casual dining and everyone was accommodating of the fact that my daughter is a vegan, she ate well at every meal.
We are all huge baseball fans and we would come back to the Inn at the next possible opportunity!

A beautiful old inn, very convenient to the Hall of Fame and restaurants. They offer a great continental breakfast and helpful staff. We would return.

The Inn was beautiful, inside and out, with its unique architecture and welcoming manager and employees. They all made my husband and I feel almost like family with their hospitality. The evening receptionist was well learned of the town and local restaurants. The room was very romantic and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and large. The TV room was comfortable and inviting with the complimentary tea and coffee table in the next room. In the morning, we were served with a lovely breakfast of egg quiche, exotic fruit salad, cereal, and freshly baked muffins. Without a doubt, our experience at The Inn at Cooperstown has inspired my husband and I to tell others about it and come back to the Inn in the future.

The owners of this establishment always saw to my personal needs and did all they could to fulfill my requests. Such as arranging to get a book autographed and sent to me for my neighbor Bob. Additionally, they always have provided the best atmosphere and lodgings that one could ask for. I am constantly amazed at their friendly, courteous, and “one-on-one” attention. The staff is A-One who has always considered me more than a guest. The building, the grounds, and their rooms cannot be expressed in words, for I will fall short in expressing their grandeur. Finally, I will not stay anywhere but this special Bed and Breakfast.
