This was our second stay at Nelson Avenue Pines. We love the place. The house is a typical example of 19th century Cooperstown, on a quiet, very picturesque street, walking distance to all attractions in the village. The owner, Penney, could not be more friendly and accomodating. She has run the B&B for over 17 years. The breakfasts are great, and she will tailor them to your tastes if you call ahead. The experience is very personal and unpretentious, and the house is decorated very beautifully. We plan to stay here again.
