We have eaten breakfast here several times and have never been disappointed! The variety of breakfasts offered is large. The food is always fresh and hot and they always offer interesting specials. It is fun to see all of the "teams" come in before their baseball games in their uniforms and eat.

Stopped in a few times during my week long stay in Cooperstown. Good French toast for breakfast and good burgers and sandwiches for lunch. Service is always good and efficient. Loved the t-shirts " a drinking town with a baseball problem". Reasonable prices. Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

I don't know what it is about this place that I like, but I do like it. I go at least once on every trip to Cooperstown. It's nothing fancy but they are nice and they do a good job. I've had bfast, lunch, and dinner here and I've never been disappointed. The staff is prompt and you can even find some vegan items on the menu. PS Skip the Yuengling and go for the Ommegang beers

We've been going to Cooperstown every year for the past 19 years and the first place we hit is Doubleday Cafe. One of the best breakfasts you'll get anywhere. Their huevos rancheros is one of the best we've had. Their sausage has maple syrup in it that gives it such a great flavor. They have daily specials including some very different omelets that we've tried and liked.
We've only been there a couple times for lunch but their sand-
wiches and burgers have been great.
Really good Bloody Mary's!
Well worth a stop.
