It's more than just an old ballpark. You can see live games in progress and it's just a fun place to see.

While walking around enjoying the beautiful town of Cooperstown, we came upon Doubleday Field. There was a game going on so we walked in took a seat in the stands and watched a good game. It was great!!

Every year we go to the field to watch kids playing ball. Brings back so many memories.

Historic site that you at least need to see when visiting the HOF down the street.
Not the most comfortable place to see a game, but you probably would only
watch part of the game unless you know someone playing.

Stopped by the field to check it out. Stayed to watch the game. After warming up, the pitcher came to the fence and gave my 2 yr. old grandson a baseball. He held on to it ALL day. Thanks for the wonderful memory.
