“enjoyable!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 4, 2012

You will enjoy this relaxing tour boat ride -- CLEAN boat, beautiful lake and surroundings. The captain tells about the lake and the area, but doesn't talk too much, just enough to answer a few of the questions you might be having. It's a decent price for the area.

“Nice hiking”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 19, 2012

If you're looking for a short easy hike you'll find it here. There was wildlife, deer, chipmunks. Just a nice excursion from all the baseball.

“A must-see if you're in Cooperstown”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2012

Everytime we go to C'town, I insist that we go to Glimmerglass. You pay an entrance fee of $7 per car. You can truly spend the entire day at the park. I recommend packing a picnic lunch. If it's warm, then bring your bathing suit and take advantage of the beach, lake and snack bar. You can also go hiking on the many trails. It's only a 20 minute drive from the main second of Cooperstown.

“Pretty but difficult to navigate”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2012

The glimmerglass state park is beautiful and the views are great... but the hiking trails are very hard to navigate and it is very easy to get turned around. Also the park is atleast 15 minutes from downtown so plan accordingly.
