The chilly after dinner stroll had us wanting a warm drink. We found the Stagecoach. They roast their own beans, have inventive coffee drinks and delicious loaded oatmeal cookies.
Delicious.

Stagecoach is within a couple of short blocks walk of the Hall Of Fame Museum and Otsego Lake. I had a medium caffucino and it was great. It is local favorite so it gets a lot of customers, but service is still fine despite. One thing I look for quality of place is bathrooms; here it is very clean. In fact, the whole place is well kept. The whole place smell so nice which I expect for a coffee shop.

As a native, my husband and I have been enjoying the Stagecoach coffee house for years. We LOVE the Cappuccino! We also love the sweet treats, sandwiches, intimate ambience -- and terrific little shaded garden out back, which is the place we most like to sit with our coffee. If you get a capp with too much froth and not enough milk, let them know and they'll fix it immediately.

How refreshing to have a local coffee shop that isn't a Starbucks. In addition to their own coffee roasts (which were very good - we tried 2 blends), they serve a full menu of espresso drinks, plus breakfast and lunch sandwiches, scones, bagels, etc... The seating could be better (we sat in the back next to the giant roasting machine which was LOUD) and it's a bit hectic during morning rush hour, but if you like coffee, stop in and try some.
