“Great museum but not a place to dine”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

Went with my two year old granddaughter and family. This is a fine museum, well worth a visit. Rose loved the carousel, the wagon ride, and petting the barnyard animals. My son liked talking to the blacksmith and his mother in law and wife liked the gift shop. I loved seeing the Cardiff Giant. It is something I read about as a child. Don't plan on eating here unless you like hot dogs, chili, and nachos. The art museum across the highway is a better bet.

“looks Great !”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

Didn't go in, but looked carefully at this and it looks pretty good for
history buffs and families alike. It's something like Williamsburg, everything in period costume, exhibiting life in an older time.
I would recommend to anyone with extra time and the ability to
walk around and explore this attraction.

A wonderful re-incarnation of farm life back in the 19th and early 20th centuries. We look forward to visiting again.
