Checked in late for an overnight stay and everything was a breeze since the room was prepaid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating although it felt like they were under staffed because there was no one to open the hotel door or to assist us with our luggage. Our room was on the second floor and we took the semi grand staircase. No one prompted us to take an elevator so I guess there isn't one. Usually not a problem but this time we were really tired and had heavy luggage. Parking is not a problem is you bring your vehicle. The standard room was good enough for 2 people. It has cable tv, a hot shower, a big bed and an air conditioner. Only things that bothered me were:
1. free meal was dinner- not breakast; unusual and inconvenient for us since it's usually easier to find somewhere to eat for dinner than breakfast in this area
2 the bathroom floor did not drain the water that leaked from the shower area- the shower curtain didn't quite do its job
3. We smelled food or someone cooking/heating food. We don't know if it was coming from the hotel kitchen or one of the rooms

Overall though, the hotel was clean and smelled ok ( not musty or old) and the staff was really nice.( no snobbish, we-hate-working-here vibe). I'd like to try the other places nearby but I could come back here for a short stay again,

The hotel was okay but we had some trouble checking in our room. Despite the check-in time of 2:00pm, we were able to get the keys to our room by 3:00pm. We booked three rooms -- 2 deluxe and 1 standard. The standard room was quite big and spacious for its room capacity of 2 people. The deluxe room was also alright and we were able to squeeze in 5 people in a room, with 3 additional mattresses. However, the bathroom in the deluxe room had a very big bathtub which was quite difficult to climb over to get inside and similarly, to get out. The towels were clean but had a funny smell.

The pool is quite small and only goes as deep as 2 to 4 feet, so it's safe for the kiddos. The room rates include dinner but the plated meals were very disappointing (e.g. corned tuna pasta) and they easily run out of breakfast options so best to have your breakfast as early as 7AM. The plus side though is that the hotel is near a number of restaurants, Mini Stop and a few minutes drive to the casino.

Downside is that it's far from Subic attractions. It's about a 30 to 45-minute drive (no traffic) to places such as Zoobic, Ocean Adventure and Treetop.

All in all, it's an okay hotel for a short stay in the city. But not if you're travelling with kids or the elderly as there are no elevators, only winding staircases.

Nice hotel to stay for one night or two. Our room was just right for a family of three. Nice and clean as well as the toilet and bath, complete with toiletries. Breakfast was very good too. Staffs are nice. Can recommend to friends and relatives.

There are many hotels scattered around the Subic Area, so a lot of options for any traveler. We chose Subic Park for the following reasons:

1. Our subic trip was decided on a heartbeat, so we weren't able to make any prior reservations at any hotel.

2. Subic Park is located conveniently along a string of hotels; so easy access to the locations we were planning to visit was possible.

3. Price, given its location, is reasonable.

One thing to note, in addition: if you're not up for BIG GRAND hotels; this is definitely a great choice. We loved the exclusivity of the place and staff service was great too. :)

It's a good place to stay for a night or two in sbma area. In case we will be back there, I will still book Subic Park Hotel, it is cheap, staffs are friendly, good location, baby friendly. Pool is also clean and food is a okay.
