Mansion Garden Hotel

We had not so good time staying there, we stay at the king suite room 2nd floor, they can not control other noisy guest talking who talk loud, laughing, yelling, kids running along the hallway at night, slamming the door. We call the attention of the front desk but they do nothing so we are awake the whole night, we finally get some sleep around 5am whheeeww. They did not provide facial tissue, u have to ask for toiletries everyday, u have to call them to clean the room if u dont they will not clean it. New hotel but the service is poor, front desk is a decoration only they didn't do their job to attend to their guest. Not worth for the money that u spend each night of stay.

Room Tip: U have to experience by urself, don't rely on good reviews coz its not.

There are many places to stay in Subic, and this is probably one of the cleanest, best options. I was only here for one night, but I had no troubles with the service. The location is quite good (near some restaurants and shops and just a stroll to the water and Waterfront street), but the rooms were a touch small for my taste. The bed was also rather hard. My real concern, however, was that noise travels far too well in this hotel and I had a very difficult time sleeping due to noise in the hall. All around, a pretty good options for Subic, but not amazing.

The hotel is new, clean and spacious room, but for the price of 6,300 pesos that we paid for an overnight stay in a double deluxe room, I don't think it's worth it.

Bathroom has no bathtub. No slippers for the guest. Extra Pillow cost 100 per pillow.

Location is good, just across restaurants like Meat Plus Cafe, Yellowcab, etc. and the Freeport exchange duty free shop.

It has a free wifi, internet connection is fast, even at the pool area.

It has a pool for adult and a kiddie pool, the pool attendant is nice too and attentive.

The thing that irritated me most, and the reason why I would never go back to Mansion Garden ever, is the fact that their staff is inefficient.

The front desk staff has no clue on the rules and regulations of the hotel.

There is no one to assist you in carrying your things, don't expect the front desk or even the security guard (standing and just watches you) would offer their help, big chances are they won't, just like what they did to us.They're that inefficient.

Most inefficient staff: The two waitresses at their restaurant downstairs. They kept on watching TV instead on assisting the guests. They were so busy watching the TV, they don't even bother to check what's lacking at the buffet breakfast table, or check if they are guests who needs their help.

I just hold back myself in telling them "you know what, just go home and watch TV, and give your job to someone else interested in doing their jobs".

I reported it to front desk but the supervisor is not around, no feedback whatsoever came after.

what a lousy lousy customer service.

will never recommend this hotel, crappy service at 6,300/night is heartless.

We stayed here as a group of 30 persons for a 3-day workshop. The place is very conducive for live-in seminars and gatherings. The conference room, the food as well as the provided facilities were more than our expectations. The rooms are relatively new and clean. The hotel building expansion is on going on the other side of the pool so no construction disturbance.

Hotel is very new, they have big rooms. Their double deluxe is nice because you don't have to pay for the 3rd and 4th person unlike in other hotels even if it's really for 4 persons. Complete toiletries but no hotel slippers. Pool is nice as well but jacuzzi isn't working. Over-all stay is great, we really had fun and i will definitely recommend this hotel to others. :)

We stayed at rooms 306, 309, 315 and 320..

Arrived around 2000 hours local time and check in

Small hotel reception lobby with a cafe on the right hand side of the main entrance.

Reception was quick in checking in and the bills are to be paid in full(typical 3 star)

given 3rd floor and no smoking in all hotel even in room.

Room except-able and a small shower area with minimum provided (provide your own shaver guys) overall peace and quiet room atmosphere and the hotel is extending their facility currently.

Convenient shop located on the left hand side of the lobby entrance and most of the shop
retire early

Breakfast is inclusive in the room charges and provided with a combo of toast coffee and eggs others request are chargeable and base on availability

Steak house opposite the hotel : must try ......

.Also suggestion to visit all the nearby eatery/pubs/karaoke joint whereby all are in walking distances and you never get lost due to the loud music & flashy bright colored bulbs and of course road sense of not getting the impression of getting list.

If you need taxi which is rare sight the hotel might be able to assist and get you one after all it a small and quiet town.

Will revisit soon

This hotel is centrally located in the SBMA area. Just a stone's throw away from Meatplus, which is the most frequented restaurant in Subic.

The hotel is new so all amenities are really nice to use. Firm beds, crisp white sheets, very clean bathrooms (no mildew buildups), good internet connection. And the pool is just perfect.

Staff were always pleasant and helpful.
