“Slammin' coffee! Special people.”

What a treat to have the Coffee Pantry open up just a 1/2 mile down the road from Living Yoga (my second home). The coffee is continually rotated so you are "forced" (lovingly) to work on non-attachment and try a new brew from time to time! The brews are delicious and steeped with attentive care. You've never had a cup so special.

The folks doing the brewing are sweet, fun and bring a taste of Brooklyn to the burbs. We love them!

Did I mention there's also amazing chocolate?

“Personalized coffee each & every cup”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

Great new coffee house right next to Philipstown Market. Artisenal coffee and other special beverage offerings- all made right there by the friendliest baristas, exactly how you want them. Try the fresh watermelon or mint lemonade to cool off--outstanding!
Grab some great fresh pastries, and hang out on wi fi or take on the road. It's a destination we love.

“Half way between Brooklyn and Vermont - with the best of both.”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

Artisanal Coffee from select small roasters around country with a country decor reminiscent of rural Vermont. - That's what you will find at the COLD SPRING COFFEE PANTRY. You can get the brew of the day, still made in small batches and always fresh, but DO choose a coffee to be brewed specially for you with love and exactitude - the right temperature of water, fresh ground beans in your own little drip carafe. And don't forget to stop into VERA'S next door for fresh produce and flowers and garden plants.

“Coffee of the Gods!”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

I was delighted when I heard that an artisanal coffee house was opening and even more delighted when I took my first sip of coffee from here! I have NEVER had such good coffee in my life, it was a real experience! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the decor adorable and artsy but most of all the coffee is exceptional! It feels great to shop locally and to crave the exceptional quality coffee that is only found here. Run, bike, drive - do whatever you have to do to get to this place! Once you have coffee from here you won't want it from anywhere else!

“Great spot”
Reviewed June 6, 2013

I can only say nice things about the Coffee Pantry (and their coffee!) You wouldn't expect to find a coffee shop as nice as this on Route 9, and it's refreshing. The interiors are beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed making it a great place to spend a little time if you have it. Their menu seems to update a lot, which I love, and they just started offering a fantastic watermelon juice (I admit- I will be sad when it goes off the menu!). It's easy to miss this spot but you shouldn't.
