Food that was both tasty and interesting in a lovely casual setting. You can sit out on the porch or inside and order either breakfast or lunch dishes until 4. Everything we ordered was excellent, including the Bellinis. The standout was Eggs Creole, which was sort of a NOLA take on Eggs Benedict (which was also on the menu). One of those dishes you know you'll always remember. The service was good but a bit odd. The very perky waitress actually plopped herself down in a chair at our table to take our order. Personally, I could do without that sort of overly familiar behavior but I hear some folks like it. The town of Cold Spring turned out to be skippable but we were very glad we stopped here for lunch.
