My fiancé and I stopped in on our way home from Albany. He spent several years down south so when it comes to bar b que he knows his stuff. The food was wonderful! We had a bit of everything in a sample platter. The dry rub on the chicken was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. The brisket was defiantly made from quality meat, which makes all the difference. Coleslaw and beans were tasty and a perfect side. Ribs came clear off the bone, always a good sign. All in all, food was awesome. This chance stop will now become a regular stop for us. Get in there and try it!
