Went here with my family for pizza and wings. The food was all very good. The actual restaurant was awkward and crowded. We ordered our pizza and then Sat outside. Amazing view.

We visit the 1000 Island region a couple of times a year and we always eat at Attillio's. The pizza is top notch. They make the dough from scratch and everything else is very high quality. To top it off, the view is stunning.

From the outside, this looks like it's supposed to be an Italian restaurant. However, their menu pretty much consists of pizza and fried chicken. You order at the counter and wait at a table (either indoor or outdoor) for your name to be called to pick up your food. My husband and I ordered a 3-item pizza (mushrooms, hot peppers, and olives), a small salad, and soft drinks for dinner during our visit to Clayton. The pizza was pretty good, but we noticed they gave us onions instead of olives. If you order salad here, be sure to ask for the dressing on the side -- otherwise it is likely to be swimming in salad dressing. The weather was warm during our visit, so we sat outside, where there was a good view of the river. The only issue I had with sitting outside was repeatedly having to hear the screen door slam and people went in and out while getting their food. It sounds like a small thing, but after hearing it a few dozen times it got pretty old. The food here is not exactly cheap for what you get, but it is tasty.

We tried the pizza at Attilio's several years ago and now we're spoiled. We had trouble finding a pizza place close to home that makes pizza with real HOME-MADE ingredients as good as they do, and we've tried a LOT of different pizza in a lot of different cities. We really love their pizza. In fact, we love it so much that we've made the three-hour drive to Clayton several times just to eat their pizza. (I know, we're crazy.) If you like really tasty thin crust pizza, then try Attilio's. The pizzeria itself is small and there's only a couple of tables inside, but there's more seating outside on the rear deck or down by the water with scenic views. We love to order a pizza, walk over to the small park by the water, and enjoy lunch or dinner there and watch the boats go by or a sunset. Nice and relaxing with a great view. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food. They sell a lot of pizza but they also have other Italian dishes and side orders that you can get. Enjoy!

We stopped here hoping to have a great New York pizza experience. The food was good but I wasn't impressed with the white cheese pizza we had - it was okay. There were no bathrooms so if you had to go you had to walk down the street to the town bathroom. All in all it was a cozy place outside overlooking the water. Prices were good. We go back to try the pepperoni next time.
