WOW....You reviewed 6 restaurants the same day???
You have no clue what you are talking about and you actually talk specifically about people by name and place??? Very unprofessional and lack of taste.
Stay out of the Chestertown area as we don't need people like you. These restaurants locally all have great characteristics and food.

This was a terrific treat in an area full of pizza and burgers. The menu had unusual offerings, lots of options, plenty served on a plate. Flavors were unusual, without being over the top. Clean, simple decor added to the entire positive experience. A gem if a find!

my wife and I visited this restaurant twice on mon 4/7 and wed 4/9/14 in the small town of Chestertown NY . . It 's great to see a restaurant of this caliber in a small town that can execute a terrific menu . They offered 10-12 draft beers along with a terrific wine list of 30 or so bottles all reasonably priced (many by the glass ) . Jeff, the front of the house manager, was outstanding in greeting us and reviewing the menu along with suggesting appetizers and wine . We decided to eat at the bar both nites and must say the food was really terrific for a restaurant just about a year old . Tapas style appetizers that we had (choice of 15 or so ) were great . We had stuffed skins with pickled jalapenos, chili and cheese , chicken tostada , beef empanadas and stuffed peppadews with honey goat cheese which were all excellent (all of them on the menu for $4-7 each ) on one nite my wife had to broiled haddock and jumbo shrimp ($15 ) which was a large portion and great .the steaks are great (top sirloin and the sliced strip steak ($15-19 ) week nites are not overly busy ,weekends are . definitely try this restaurant as the chef /owner and the mgr run this restaurant with a lot of care . great prices and quality definitely worth your visit

What a nice spacious feeling as soon as you walk into the Bullhouse. Upscale decor, lots of room and a choice of table or booth. Our server was spectacular just by being herself. What a lovely girl (from Romania) and such a cordial and proficient server. The whole staff made us feel welcomed, and anyone passing by our table was available to us if necessary. Very obvious good customer service skills practiced here. The food was very good. I had the bean, sausage and kale soup.....served in a square bowl....that was a large "cup" size, very nice. Presentation was very good, eye catching and made you excited to dig in. I had a garden salad and the mushroom appetizer, which were just delicious. My companions had full entrees. Fish and shrimp with yellow rice was a hit with mom, and the steak, baked potato and green beans for my man. Beverage selection was good, and one side of this restaurant is a bar. The BluePoint Brewery's Blueberry Ale was delish. Everyone had an enjoyable experience. I will definetly return.
