For those who participate in the tasting of the wines, you get an education about the individual wines as well. There is a lot of variety here. We were especially enjoying the meads. Making wine is so incredibly labor-intensive. Knowing what goes into the making of wine deepens my appreciation of the product more so. There are a lot of wineries in this part of New York, and we would definitely make it a point to return to this one.

We have gone there many times and enjoyed the atmosphere & the owners are very nice, but when we went last Mother’s Day we took our daughter that had never been to a winery before so we were excited. After the cheesecake & wine pairing we decided since it was so good we would stay & get crackers & cheese & a glass of wine. Our waitress told us it would be okay if we drank it fast because they needed the table for others coming in for the pairing. That really upset our group. We haven’t been back. Our daughter was very disappointed & put back the growler & wine she was going to purchase.

When you walk in, your always welcomed and treated well. Staff is always super friendly and helpful - even when they are busy. All their wines are awesome. They take huge pride in their wines and ciders and always choose local fruits. This is also a good place to have a small party. It’s not too far out of the way and it’s not too close.

We visited this winery and were not disappointed. The selections were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We chatted with the server about the bear cub from AAP that made his debut here last year - she even showed us pictures ... nice to find friendly people who enjoy what they do .
