We were not expecting a luxerious accomadations for the price of the rooms ($99)but were satisfied with them non the less. We upgraded to the superior rooms for $109 and were given room 721. Was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable.Loved the pool, although it was full of kids when we went. Would not recommend the restaurant for breakfast...found it quite expensive for the convenience of it. All in all it was a good cheap clean hotel for a weekend away of shopping.

Room Tip: Room 721 was quiet clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here a few times now. We fly out of Buffalo alot so the convenience of leaving our vehicle at the hotel for the whole time we are gone is a major savings.Leaving your car at the airport for 2 weeks can be well over $150.US and for the price of a night at the MH includes up to 2 weeks parking. The hotel is clean the rooms are immaculate loved the room with loft. The staff at front desk are very helpful, they even gave us breakfast to go because we left the hotel at 4am.The hotel has a pool and a fun sports bar (great wings) and a dining room . Truly a keeper!

Room Tip: Room with a loft was my favorite

We stayed overnight on a ladies shopping weekend. The lobby is nice enough. The carpet and hallways do need a little updating. Our room did too but it was clean and comfy. On a shopping trip you aren't hanging out in the room. While some rooms were being cleaned we noticed there must be some upgrades going on. Some rooms had brighter bedspreads on them...not the brown ones we had in our rooms. I didn't have much contact with staff but had no issues with limited interactions. This hotel isn't a vacation destination. It is a convenient place to stay if you are shopping or headed out for a vacation. I wouldn't quite call it average but I wouldn't rate it poor either.

Stayed here because it is next door to Walden Gallaria Mall. Bad choice! When we arrived late on Friday night there were no parking spaces to be had. Drove around and around till one came available - very far walking distance to our room. Rooms are very outdated and I was surprised how crappy ours was as I had upgraded to a 'superior' room. Would really hate to see what the base rooms looked like. Old, stained bathtub, brick walls and ceiling. Old beds. No fridge. The biggest complaint was the noise. People were drunk and running through the halls at 4 in the morning. After a couple of telephone calls to the front desk, the exasperated clerk explained that these people were very drunk and the hotel staff wasn't having any luck in asking them to keep it down. We were kept awake for over 2 hours in the middle of the night while the staff "tried" to contain things! Horrible stay. Wished we stayed elsewhere and just made a 5 minute drive to the Mall!

You can't beat this location for shopping at Walden Gallaria Mall! The rooms are clean, but don't have a fresh feeling. Everything about this hotel is dated. The one really nice thing is the pool area. We were lucky enough to get a room pool side. Very convenient for my daughter to enjoy a quick swim before bed. The pool area is quite nice.

Room Tip: Ask for a room beside the pool, especially if you have kids.

Hello Traveling Mom!! Thank you for your review. We're glad you were able to enjoy one of our Courtyard rooms, as well as the pool! The proximity to the Walden Galleria is second to none! No other hotel in Buffalo is as close as we are. Holiday shopping is just around the corner...be sure to inquire about our Shopping Package for your next visit. It includes a $50 GIFT CARD TO THE WALDEN GALLERIA!! Please come again soon!

Found this hotel at a great price online. Deeply discounted, which is why I was willing to gamble on it being a good stay despite the reviews I had read. The counter staff at check-in were efficient and friendly. The hotel location is fantastic right next to the Walden Galleria. The rooms were new enough. Paint on walls was scuffed and I did find a hair in the bathtub. The bedding was clean and comfortable. We could hear footsteps above, but it got quiet at night so it wasn't a problem. Our stay was a weekend in October when the temperatures did get quite warm. Our rooms were definitely on the warm side and it appears they had shut off the A/C for the season. That wasn't appreciated. But for the price I paid, I can't complain. It was a quality stay and it served its purpose. I would return again, but only if the price is right.

The hotel is definitely not a 3 star. The hotel rooms on the first floor are outdated, worn
The beds are old, worn and uncomfortable. The carpet in the rooms and halls are stained and worn. The bathrooms were outdated and the water that came out of the bathtubs facets was black and brown. Needless to say we did not get a shower. The sinks were cracked and stained along with the bath tubs. Toilet when flushed, water came up to the top when flushed. Parking is at a minimum on weekends when there is a function going on. If you want a relaxing swim at pool, this will not happen. The bar and dining room are in the same area eg open concept. Could not hear ourselves talk. Will never stay there again and will recommend to our friends and family not to stay in this hotel. Our rooms were on 1st floor - 126 and 125. These are where they put the Canadians they advertise a $79.95 special. Not worth that. If do not plan on getting a good rest, then this hotel is for you. Spend a little more money and get a true 3star hotel. This hotel is 1 star

Room Tip: Don't stay in Millenium Hotel in Buffalo NY. Spend a little more money and you will get a better...
