This Best Western is close to the airport and offers free shuttle services. The staff was courteous, hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. The complimentary continential breakfast was good. I was on a one night business trip and needed a place to stay that was close to the airport and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to others for a short business trip.

We have been staying at this hotel during our cross border shopping excursions, for several visits. We have also stayed here on a few occasions of flying from Buffalo International Airport, as the prices are great and they allow you to leave your vehicle at their hotel and drive you to and pick you up from the airport. Proximity is great to the highway and although this is NOT a first class hotel, it is usually the most reasonable for the security and the included breakfast and the ability to leave your vehicle while out of the country. We shop at Galleria Mall, as well as the Target, Kmart and Walmart, all by the Galleria, so there is lots to keep us busy. We also shop at the Outlet Mall, just across from Niagara Falls, which is great as the proximity allows for all the shopping you need to do there, starting at mall opening at 10 am and then a continued drive south to this hotel on Genesee St which is in the close drive to the rest of the shopping in the Galleria area. You will also find Olive Garden and Ihop in the Galleria area which is our favourite food destinations. The hotel can leave much to be desired in the comfort of the pillows. We were happy to find so many on each bed, but found out quickly that you needed to pile them up to get any support while sleeping. The have taken out the little fridges and microwaves which leaves much to be desired when bringing anything to the room that you want to either heat up or keep cool in the room. Very disappointed in that change. No swimming pool for kids, and noise of aircraft is almost non existent. I recommend this facility for a one night stay but not much more. Oh, and also, it was not a very organized breakfast in the morning, so much so, that we left without any. The lineups go on forever, with many cross border shoppers with kids, taking forever to get through the choices, so that everyone can get theirs too. Might have been a one off for us, but not a check mark for the hotel as far as I'm concerned. Also heard someone telling one of the patrons that the bacon was all gone, there would be no more and it was only 9:15 and breakfast was to go to 9:30. Again, does not please the travelers.

Room Tip: We were in room 102 during this stay.

Arrived after 24 hours of driving... Very Tired... Got a good rest, the surroundings were quiet, the A/C worked wonderfully, and the bed was most comfortable... clean room and bathroom. breakfast was continental - obviously not a whole lot of selections, but the scrambled eggs were surprisingly good, and the sausage patties were very good. The brand new Pancake Machine was cool, and while not the same pancakes as at an IHOP or similar, were surprisingly good... 1 push of the button, and in 90 seconds, out popped two pancakes!!! Selection of cereals and other items (Bagels etc), were plentiful and fresh...

From the time I arrived and saw the passe' lobby and pedestrian breakfast room I began to question my brand loyalty in this case..Certainly the front desk clerks who were hiding in the back somewhere and didn't know enough to greet a weary diamond club member with a smile or a water. This property is at the very bottom of Best Westerns chain. They should send their staff to Best Western University Inn in Wilmingon for trainng on how to treat people with respect. Will never stay here again, too many other posiive choices.

Was looking for a budget stay near the airport.

Upon entering my room, I slipped over on the tiled area. Luckily nothing hurt, but none the less was an annoyance. I thought perhaps they had just mopped the flood, hence why it was wet. Upon entering the rest of the room, it became apparent the entire room was wet, with a slimy film of water over all of the surfaces, the carpet, the bed etc.

Went to get another room which was done reasonably quickly. Aside from the complimentary pubic hair in the sink, this room was relatively clean. Still, you couldn't have missed it if you checked the room properly after cleaning.

The hotel is showing its age, but it was clear that both rooms had not been checked after they had been cleaned. There is no way would could miss a room with the moisture of a green house, or something as obvious as the hair in the sink.

Expensive for what you get, but I support you're paying for the location. The airport is just over the fence, but I didn't notice any excessive noise. The included breakfast was very simple, but OK. I think I'd check one of the other nearly hotels around the same price next time though.
