“Very Convenient”
Reviewed November 3, 2012

This hotel is very close to the airport. We had a rental car and parking was free and available. Internet was free. The staff was efficient and the room comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Buffalo Airport and were very pleased that we did . The rooms , while on the smaller side ,are nicely decorated and the kingsize bed was really comfortable . There was also a loveseat in the room . Good linens and towels . The 24 hour shuttle is a big plus but due to our early departure we were unable to get the included continental breakfast . Anyway , we have booked the hotel again for our crossborder Thanksgiving getaway and also our next trip in December .

Our property is convenient for a quick shopping trip or park and fly option. Our 24-hour shuttle service and early start to breakfast are featured highlights. One of our goals is to provide a clean and comfortable stay and hope to leave a good impression for a future return.

My stay started off with a full parking lot. Front desk girl didn't smile at all and floor man seemed cold and unpleasant. Hallway carpet was stained. Bedroom was clean. Bed was comfortable although fitted sheet didn't fully cover the mattress. At 10pm. There was a horrible loud drilling noise that came from our bathroom fan/shower area. It came and left 4 times during a span of 20 minutes. We called 3 times to the front desk. They said they'd come up and check but nobody came but also said they couldn't do anything about it. It was quite noisy around the halls. Probably because of all the guests coming and going to the airport. It is a convenient place to stay for guests messing a place to stay close to the airport and they have shuttle service. But for me I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel again unless I needed to for the airport.

Our airport property is very busy and convenient for travelers as stated in the comment. We did recently add additional parking to the back of the hotel, which may have been some of the unpleasant noise. Our front desk staff patrols the hallways and parking lot periodically through the day to monitor and report any issues. We are competitively priced and offer a good product for travelers.

Clean and close to the airport. Friendly check in at the front desk and easy access to rooms. Great rates and complimentary Internet, parking and continental breakfast. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Bring toiletries as there are very few. The hotel is missing an on site restaurant but there are many with in walking distance. Breakfast was basic but had mostly what you needed, missing fruit but has yogurt and other things. Would definitely stay again for the value and proximity to the airport

Our hotel continues to look for ways to increase customer satisfaction. We are enhancing our breakfast selection as well as better seating. Fresh baked cookies and hot soup (rotating basis) are also highlights during the evening hours for our guests. We appreciate great comments!!

The hotel is pretty decent for a nights stay and worth the money, if you are not looking for 5 star luxury at a budget price. There's plenty of parking and near for airport traveller's, but was quiet.
The hallway carpets and elevators had an old soiled look, but rooms and bed were good and comfortable.
Check-in was easy. Breakfast was decent continental (yogurt, fountain juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, danish). Lacked fresh fruits.

It's quite far from the Niagara falls attractions though (exactly 30 mins drive).

We appeal well for the airport traveler! Our Best Western is quite busy and busy is a good thing but also requires us to update our decor and look from time-to-time. You probably noticed many new features and enhancements in our guest rooms (new beds, bed package, flat panel TVs, etc). Our breakfast is up a notch to also include on a rotating basis, scrambled eggs and sausage. The make-your-own waffles is always a hit. This fall and into the winter months we plan to have an evening "soup" on most nights for our arriving guests. Carpet and hotel exterior are on our list of future improvements, so stay tuned and visit us again. As always, thank you for the pleasant comments.

This was the dumpiest place I have been to in Buffalo. The front desk 'staff' was rude, shouldn't be working there, and really hated his job - it was so obvious. As soon as someone asked him something he seemed to go into defensive mode and the body language said it all. The hotel is sooo out of date, wallpaper from 30 years ago and the colours said it all. The bathroom floor hadn't been washed from the previous victim. They could clean the place up and at least fix the electrical and dripping faucets.

Our attempt is to always win them all. Deficiencies in staff attitude and with cleanliness of our guest rooms are addressed during our staff meetings. Continuous coaching of our staff is important so that we may lead the industry in superior customer care. The hotel is showing age and in some ways considered "tired". High occupancy and demand can create these issues. Rest assure, we are already enchancing the interior and exterior will receive a face-lift. In the last year we upgraded our continental breakfast to include on a rotating basis, scrambled eggs and sausage. We have new beds and bedding package (decor to match window dressing). Soon we will change the furniture. We have also changed to flat panel TVs. Some of the wallpaper will be coming down soon for a fresher look and appeal in our guest rooms and around the property. For the price, our Best Western with our park-n-fly package is a great place for an overnight stay.

We were four girls from Canada for a weekend shopping trip. We were so impressed with Paul!! He was so incredibly accommodating and kind. He did so much for us while we were there. We were a little demanding and he made sure we were completely satisfied at all times. The room was pleasant and clean and the beds were comfy. When we came back to the hotel late one evening, there were no parking spots and he came out and moved his vehicle and let us park in his spot. This is definitely the place to stay without a doubt and we have stayed at many different hotel properties high end and lower end. Thanks to all the staff (especially Paul and Troy). We will be back again for sure!!
