Really enjoyed the hotel. Recently upgraded carpet and furniture. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderfuly. The location is very close to the Walden Galleria for shopping. Right off the highway. Great value for your money. Would definitely stay there again. Hot tub and pool were excellent.

If you are looking for an excellent spot to stay during your shopping experience, then I hightly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located to the highway/thruway for easy on/off access. It is also not far from downtown Buffalo for any venues held at the stadiums. Rooms are recently renovated and the lobby is still under renovations but it does not interfere with the breakfast area or reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel continues to be under renovations (Jan. 31, 2013). The staff keeps the hotel amazingly clean, and the staff are welcoming and helpful! Great stay! The indoor hot tub and pool are great. Breakfast was delicious.

It is a nice size, located in the back of the hotel away from all the foot traffic. It is like its own little private oasis. Occasionally I sneak across the border for a weekend getaway and do a bit of shopping. I love Hampton Inns because they are consistently clean, comfortable and I don't have to worry about anything. This property is no different.

The rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, linens are silky smooth...

Breakfast is really good. They have a good selection of food and it's well-kept and clean. The 24h coffee at Hampton Inns are always a bonus... I'm addicted. Great coffee and it's unlimited!

Checked the bed for bed bugs and didn't see anything or any signs. The mattresses are very new and I slept like a baby.

The pool is nice. Its fairly basic but its clean and wasn't super busy so I enjoyed it.

Overall - this is one of my top choice hotels in the Buffalo/Niagara area.

It is always great to find time to get away and take some time for yourself. I am so glad that you were able to do just that at our hotel. Getting an amazing night’s sleep is so refreshing. Although the hotel is under renovations (jan. '13) we were not inconvenienced other than at the entrance. Not sure if the breakfast room also is smaller than normal, but with a group of team members all arriving for breakfast at the same time, space was limited for other guests. We found the ice machine was out of service and told we could go 2 floors down to get ice!! I must admit someone was sent to take care of the problem but despite the note left on the machine, it was still not back in operation the following morning.
The beds were regular double but were comfortable.
Before you go, I would check as to the state of the renos. The fourth floor was not occupied when we visited.

For two nights we stayed here at the Hampton. Although they were currently renovating their front lobby they made sure to accommodate our every need. Breakfast was outstanding with no one going away unsatisfied. Even the 10 year old.

The only quirk was that the rooms are double beds if you need two beds to a room. Queen beds in every room would be more accommodating to guests with families. Although the beds we did have we very comfortable, just a bit small.

Will recommend this hotel for anyone needing a quick stay or longer term!

We stayed in this hotel overnight in September 2012 and it was selected mainly for its easy access to the shopping outlets. We found the room rates to be quite reasonable and the facilities within the room were very good. Our room was a delux room, with jacuzzi bath and a sofa bed too. Our main attraction to this hotel was the fact that we could book a room where smoking is permitted:) The aircon was extremely functional although it was noisy but we werent in the room enough to worry about that......(lots of shopping all around the hotel:):):)
This hotel also offers hospitality to its guests by way of tea, coffee and hot chocolate etc in the lobby in the evening. We could have had breakfast at the hotel but decided to try out the IHOP which was 5 minutes walk away.
The only negative thing I would say about our room is that the carpet in the room must have been cleaned because the carpet was damp underfoot and there was a bit of a musty smell when we arrived due to this fact. Otherwise it has to be said that this hotel was immaculately clean.
The bed was fantasticly comfortable after a day of your feet of shop til you drop and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and given the chance we would return.

After a long day of shopping there is nothing better but being able to kick back and relax in a comfortable bed! Our team really takes pride on working hard to keep every area of hotel to highest level of cleanliness, thank you for noticing. I apologize if you checked into room too soon after we cleaned the carpet in your guestroom. To keep with high standards of cleanliness and updating the hotel we recently replaced all the guest room carpet in every room.
