“Cozy Fresh Seafood Shack”
Reviewed December 29, 2013

Great ambience just walking thru the giant shark jaws at the front door. The seafood tastes very fresh. The chowder should not be passed up. You even get fresh potato chips at your table. There is even a tasty lobster macaroni option for those pasta lovers. The décor is very nautical and interesting. It's a little chilly in the dining area during winter so bundle up.

“Good Food, No Frills”
Reviewed November 23, 2013

We've lived near this restaurant for almost six years and never tried it. Finally, at the urging of neighbors we went there for dinner. Everything the reviewers have said about Atlantic Seafood is right on target. It is, indeed, no frills. Plastic tablecloths, plastic utensils and plastic cups, even for wine. But none of that matters when it comes to the food and service. My wife asked them if they could do soft shell crab francese (even though that style wasn't on the menu) and they did it without hesitation. She reported that it was quite good and that she would order it again when we returned. I'm not a big fish eater and I had the fried cod with fries and cole slaw. The slaw is homemade and delicious; the cod was perfectly done with a terrific coating; the fries were good, but a bit greasy. My wife had wine and I had a diet coke. The bill came to $51 excluding the tip. We tipped well because the service was great. We were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival and the waitress told us about the specials and took our order in a timely fashion. She also checked back twice to make sure everything was ok. All in all, we enjoyed the experience and will return.

“Nothing fancy about this place...”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Plastic cups and plastic utensils to start. A small quaint place attached to a fish market. The fish market looked to be quite extensive. Our meals were good to better than just good. Fish is fresh for sure. Fried Calamari was done properly... fried oysters were fresh. Cole Slaw is a MUST... I got a broiled fish sampler... too much paprika on it.. came out bright red. Steamed Lobsters were done nicely. Crab Cake sandwich was very good. Lobster Bisque was good, but not much lobster in it. A little on the pricy side, but fresh fish isn't cheap any where. Overall, give it a try if you are in the mood for seafood.

Love coming in here in the summer time, they offer great special at reasonable prices. Very low key place, but speedy and friendly service. GOOD TO KNOW: do not take tip on credit card.

“Great food with fun decor”
Reviewed January 17, 2013

This is a small seafood restaurant attached to a fish market. Nautical decor with a fun entrance. The lobster special is a fantastic deal. We are regulars and enjoy taking visitors.
