We stopped here on our way home from Buffalo just to break up the trip and stretch our legs. The park was huge and the facilities were very nice. The waterfalls were running and there was still a large amount of ice throughout the park. The trail to the lower falls was closed due to ice, but were were able to get up close to both the middle and upper falls. There is a nice trail connecting the two falls and it is a very easy walk for just about anyone. I imagine the park is beautiful in the fall.
While we did not camp here, it appears that the park would be excellent for camping given the scenery, abundant hiking trails, and facilities. We wish we lived closer because this park would become one of our regular camping destinations!
