Good Hall of Fame, don't let the size of it from the outside fool you. My teen son was like "really dad?" when he saw it and realized we drove way out there for such a small place, but once inside was impressed with how much stuff they had in a small place.
You can tell this HOF is still in it's infancy and trying to grow. Great gal working inside the museum, very informative and helpful but at the same time giving you privacy to tour at your pace. Liked the many entrants in this hall and the information on the plaques, though they seemed a little on the inexpensive end compared to other plaques at other HOFs. Like i said, its still in its infancy for growth. Some great history here if you are a fan of boxing. I'm a Sugar Ray Leonard fan and did not leave disappointed.
Building out back has a ring in it that came from Madison Square Garden, kinda cool. Other than that it's a gift shop. Some cool stuff but one of the male personnel there kept following us around telling us about this and that with the autographed stuff for sale and that kinda turned me off from buying some of the autographed paraphernalia. Ended up getting a shirt and lower priced merch instead. Gal working that end of the shop was very pleasant and nice to talk with.
Overall, decent Hall of Fame. Can definitely see it growing, hope it does and we'll go back. Throw in some interactive stuff and some games/entertainment type things for kids and we'll definitely go back. Would love to see great things happen to with this Hall!
