We were in the area & after a day of sightseeing we didn't feel like cooking so, we took a chance to see if we could get a table (it was Friday night & we knew we wouldn't get a table in the "other" Italian Restaurant we had visited) We couldn't get a table however, we could sit at the bar. Which was OK. The bartender wasn't as attentive to us as he was to other patrons who were obviously "regulars". We had to constantly get his attention. Starting with trying to order a bottle of wine to start us off. We ordered a cheese board for an appetizer which was just OK. Both of us ordered the seafood (shrimp, clams, scallops) Fri Diablo. It was flavorful but, for the price of $30, the scallops in my opinion should have been the large Sea Scallops, not those small, tasteless bay scallops. We ended the evening with a cappuccino, an espresso & two cordials (B&B). We meet two very nice couples (one couple who owned a summer home on the Lake & another couple who were just in town for the night) whom we had very enjoyable conversations with. Sorry got off my task of reviewing this restaurant! Well, we both felt this meal was good but, nothing that either of us would say wow, that was a great meal. Also way, way overpriced paying $176 with tip for two people
