We had a very nice lunch, enjoying the fresh air. The local cheese and fruit tray was excellent as was their featured "Sonnenberg Salad". Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect for a quick lunch when exploring the gardens. It is located in an old house, with only a handful of tables, but there are also several tables outside. The cream of chicken soup was excellent- ordered with a side of the garlic bread, and made for a filling lunch.

The cafe is across the driveway from the wine tasting building and gift shop. It is a trip into the past with contemporary, delicious, and affordable food! I had the sampler lunch with the best Minestone soup I've ever had ( and I'm old, lol), a smoked turkey crepe, and a lovely field greens salad with crisp watermelon chunks, and halved strawberries..all for $ 12.50. You may puchase chilled wines at the gift shop to have with your lunch. A lovely day in the Gardens and Mansion, and a super lunch with excellent service!!

This is a small but good cafe on the grounds of Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion in Canandaigua, NY. It is located on the first floor of an old house near the exit / entrance to the Gardens. The operator utilizes 3 or 4 of the rooms for dining. The menu is limited, however the offerings are very good that we had. Fresh ripe fruit, Peach slurpee, soup and sandwiches. The same man who takes your order prepares it, and delivers it. There were three other tables occupied by park patrons. Prices were about what you might expect at a garden cafe. We would definitely go back again.
