We enjoyed our dinner at the Beechwoods - our server was young, pleasant, and enthusiastic. It was seafood night, and we do not eat shellfish, but the fish was excellent and well-prepared. The view was lovely, watching the sun set over the hills. Prices were commensurate with what we would have paid for a similar meal locally.
Portion sizes on appetizers were somewhat small, but the price was not out of line. The dessert options were relatively small, but we opted out anyway, preferring to get gelato at the main hotel. The coffee was not particularly good, given that the coffee in the main hotel is from Starbucks, but this was clearly not. The shuttle transportation is essential, as it would be a LOONG walk from the hotel. Be sure you ask for it, unless you drove directly to the restaurant
Overall, a good value for the dollar on what we received.
