Service at the Bay Plaza and Parkchester stores are O.K. but they have a hard time processing any special request like no sauces or changes in the meal. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get my son's meal , they kept getting the order wrong. Least they could of done was give him a complimentary desert or soft drink. For a tab of $78.00 and a ten dollar tip for the server it wasn't worth the money. P..S don't go to the Parkchester location if you want a Quiet dinner. Asked the manager to lower the extremely loud music , she said she couldn't do it. Servers couldn't hear my order, I had to scream over the music and wait for them to get things right. Maybe if they lowered the music they can get the orders right the first time. Wear ear plugs or have a Tylenol chaser after your meal.
